"Suzy explained the process. Family members were encouraged to takes items important to them. She introduced us to an auctioneer that we worked with to sell items that had sale potential. Her crew then sorted items to be donated and items to be thrown away. She took care of both. She introduced us to a contractor (separate contract and cost) with whom she worked very closely. The contractor repaired, painted, and re-carpeted the house. This same contractor also worked some outside issues doing an excellent job. Suzy's crew then returned and cleaned the house, washed windows, staged the house and did a beautiful job restoring the landscaping. Suzy is an excellent communicator. She showed compassion, care and really wanted to serve the needs of our family. She and her crews worked diligently and efficiently to complete the job on our tight time schedule and at a very reasonable cost for the work accomplished."
