"Adriane came to my home in response to a phone conversation we had to help me get rid of years worth of and quot;stuffand quot; in my basement and to organize what remained. She taught me a systematic approach, which we followed from day one and when I would get off track she'd gently prod me to stay focused. I didn't want to waste any time getting started once she arrived so I asked if there were any supplies I could get ahead of time. She asked me to obtain a few things to help with the project (boxes, paper to wrap donated items, trash bags, markers, etc.). I had a cutting table already set up in the basement so we used that as the staging area. I would hand her items to be donated and Adriane would wrap them and place them in the boxes. At first I didn't want to get rid of some items, but after some discussion and thought I realized I would never use them so out they went. The more we got into it, the more I got rid of. We had discussions over lunch, as well as at other times about my goals and objectives and how best to accomplish not only my and quot;basementand quot; project, but other projects I wanted to work on in the future. Adriane always arrived on time and we proceeded to work anywhere from 6 to 7 hours a day. I wanted to make a lot of progress quickly so we worked for 3 days the first week and then continued for several more days over the course of the next few weeks. I made at least 10 to 15 trips to donation sites with and quot;largeand quot; boxes of items, as well as filling at least that many, if not more and quot;lawn and leaf sizeand quot; bags of stuff to be thrown out. It was hard work but the end result was worth it. ADRIANE IS WORTH HER WEIGHT IN GOLD!!!!! She not only taught me a lot, she got me moving and motivated and I have used those skills with a few other projects around the house. I still have more to go, but I know that I can call on her services again if I need to or I can use the skills she taught me to do it on my own. The important thing is to keep up with things and not let them go so I don't start collecting a lot of junk where it becomes too overwhelming again. THANK YOU ADRIANE! <br />"

"Danielle was friendly, collaborative, suggested ideas, checked with me on all decisions. I felt in control and wonderfully directed to make more space in my office and basement. I do not want to bring in new things to the space, I LIKE THE UNCLUTTERED look! <br /> I could never have accomplished so much work in the same time by myself. I would have gotten too distracted. I can hardly believe how easy it is to keep my desk neat all the time now. <br /> Danielle made labels for all drawers, and all files. Things look neat and in order. I am very pleased, and it was fun as well! <br /> In the basement, shelves were grouped. chairs were wrapped in plastic, floor was swept, two table areas were made accessible, the herb storage breakfront was organized alphabetically and by type of remedy. Memories are on one stack of shelves, sheets and linens on another, paper products on another, dishes and entertainment items on another, kitchen ware and cooking items on another, camping and outdoors volunteering items on another. It is not embarrassing to look in that storage room any more.. <br />"

"They were very nice and very efficient. I am not organized at all, and I have some physical limitations, so it was so helpful having someone help me box stuff and move it around. Thanks! <br />"

"I had a good experience working with them. They helped us to load the boxes and move all of the furniture from our old home and even helped us to set it up in our new home. They were quick, efficient, and they came almost on time. The only negative thing was that they did a shotty job assembling some of the furniture."

"The service was excellent. I had used the service in 2013 and was very pleased then and I am pleased now. The plumber was punctual, was able to diagnose and repair the problem quickly. The handyman who performed the other tasks was meticulous with the painting and caulking and gluing. Both gentlemen arrived on time which in South Philadelphia is a real plus. I thought the price was fair."

"Renata helped us with the purchase of our dream home! She was very patient with the first and subsequent showings and answered all of our concerns about the condition of the property. Not only is she knowledgeable about real estate, she’s finance savvy. She took the time to prepare spreadsheets with closing costs and even took extra steps to make us aware of other household expenses we were about to take on, since we are new to the township. But what we are most thankful for was her ability to persuade the seller. We were in a multiple offer situation and were about to lose the house we so desired, but she came through for us! She was compelling and she made it happen. We have resided there for 6 months now and couldn't be happier with the home, neighbors and the neighborhood. We love it here. Thanks again Renata for a job well done. We are eternally grateful!"

"While searching for a real estate agent, my biggest concern was whether the agent would actually act in my interest considering the conflict of interest agents have. My another concerns was i didn't know what to look for in a house beyond it's aesthetics. I didn't like the idea of finding major issues during home inspection which happens after an offer has already been negotiated and accepted. Paul was the answer to both of these concerns whom i found through Exclusive home buyer's organization naeba.org. Deciding to work with Paul was a best decision in my real estate transaction. Every time we went to see the house, seller's agent and other people seeing the house would be surprised when Paul would start with basement first and things he would look at. People thought i had brought a home inspector with me. A poured concrete foundation is better than concrete block. How would i run a gas line for a gas stove in a house with a electric stove and finished basement and how much would it approximately cost me? When is a crack in basement normal and when is it not? Is a lot properly graded so that water will run away from the house and would not go in foundation? What causes squeaking noises in the floor and how big of a problem is it? How do i know if there are any easements on the property? These are the kind of things Paul educated me with, which helped us find the kind of house we were looking for. It also helped us determine the right price by accounting for cost of any remediation in the house. While searching for the house Paul never pushed us to consider any single house, he just provided us his objective opinion. During negotiation process, Paul never pushed us to counter seller's offer with higher prices or accept seller's offer; he patiently presented our offers to seller's agent in a calm and professional manner. He submitted the OPRA request to the township (which usually no other agent does) to ensure that all modifications to the house (finished basement, bathroom, deck etc) were done with proper permit. During the entire closing process he was always on top of everything and ensure that we were aware of all the communications between agents and lawyers on both sides. If you are looking for a house in central or south jersey i would strongly recommend to work with Paul. If you are in other areas, i would suggest to look at realtors who are the members of Exclusive Home Buyers' agents association (naeba.org)."

"Melanie is a delight to work with. This is our second engagement and I will continue to work with her. She is very creative, has great ideas for any lifestyle and price range, challenges by providing new ways to think about design, and at the end of the day implements your vision with more energy than you could have thought of."
