If I didn't know better, I would have thought no work was done on my property. The team took the time to help me setup the app and explained exactly how the system worked. I was so pleased, I decided to have them install a system in my backyard. One really cool feature I wasn't expecting was the automating. The sprinkler is a smart sprinkler system. It tests the moisture in the ground and the weather and will not water the lawn if it doesn't need it. I didn't expect that. Kudos to Geary for being patient and answering all.my questions and concerns. "

"Was put in contact with AA Irrigations on a Saturday morning requesting repair work for our landscape lighting system. Within 2 hours, was contacted by AA who scheduled to come by that afternoon to estimate the work required. Mr. German Ramos came by as promised that afternoon and thoroughly examined our system and made recommendations to address what could be done in lieu of replacing the entire system. Also determined that our extensive but inactive irrigation system did not need winterization, with recommendation to address in the spring. When I offered to pay him for all his expertise and efforts, German indicated no charge, just to call him if we elected to redo the lighting system or to open the irrigation system in the spring. I was very impressed; if we need to act on either of our systems we will absolutely be in contact with German as he displayed great knowledge and honesty in all respects."

"I had a company come out on Saturday and the technician Cassid he couldn t find the main water valve to activate the irrigation system and would need to have a team come out and poke around in my lawn to find it. Needless to say that nothing was accomplished on Saturday. Brothers Irrigation came out this evening and had everything up and flowing in less than an hour for a 16 zone system. Awesome customer service. I ll be having them come back out to winterize and do anything else lawn and garden related."

"Went fabulous. First scheduled day we got rained out, but the night before Chris let us know that due to the storm the Thursday planned installation would not be able to take place. This was scheduled as a 2-day job. He said we are going to try and knock it all out Friday. I thought to myself, I hope they do not try and cut corners! Friday morning around 7am 5 trucks pulled up with workers. They must have sent out multiple crews because there were like 20 guys all organized and ready to work. Chris came out at that time too and was coordinating a few things and set up the garage panel. He left to go to another job and the guys kept working. They were careful in my flower garden to move the dirt and mulch to the side on some material so they could place the pipping down and then recover it back up. All my plants were carefully stepped over and worked around. I had been worried about this based on negative experiences with contractors/workers in the past, but no issues here. The guys did finish around 5 on Friday and stayed around while I tested the system with another guy. Our neighbors across the street also got irrigation on the same day, but had not chosen Hydrotech. They went with Ronoco (not sure about spelling but close enough). So, watching their experience was so different from ours. We did have more irrigation installed, but it should not mean that the work level or effort is decreased for less. Ronoco sent 3 guys to our neighbors and we watched as they took their time, sat down, talked on the mobile, etc.. In contrast, our 20 something guys with Hydrotech never stopped working, never sat down, and never once looked like they rather be somewhere else. Moreover, our poor neighbors had to have Ronoco come back Saturday and Monday to finish their job- again, getting much less irrigation than we ordered. After our install an installer came out on Tuesday to recheck the system, ensure we understood how to use the app, etc.. He adjusted a few heads, but otherwise no issues. Later, I realized that we put bubblers that were the same size on my juvenile trees and my seedling trees. Hydro sent another tech out to replace some of the heads so that the juv. trees received enough water and the seedlings would not drown. They also left the other head sizes for when the seedlings grow. And today, I realized I want to add more bubblers so I can plant more trees (yes I am that person who keeps adding to things) and have communicated with Chris again who agreed to send someone else back out to add some more at no cost. To be clear, we have 3 acres, but did not irrigate the entire property. We irrigated around the home on the sides, front, and at the very rear where my trees are planted and along the fence line where I have some shrubs. This was not an easy front yard only job and I couldn't be happier. I went with Hydrotech after interviewing Creative, Ronoco, Affordable, and M&M (I feel like I am missing one more or two). I also did not go with Hydrotech immediately. I received an estimate from them first and continued to look. Then I compared prices with what was included and which materials they used. Then I went back to Hydrotech and asked him to come back out because we changed somethings and needed an updated quote. Chris and Mike were both patient and cooperative during my process. Hiring for a big job is like dating. And the companies that get tired of the effort required to win your business fall off the radar. Hydrotech is commitment worthy!"

"JP did an outstanding job! Jose was quick to respond and very professional. The team arrived on time every morning and worked until sunset. They were flexible and when we made changes to the planned work and added two new patio landings they said no problem and completed the tasks for a fair price. The new fencing, patio, and walkway look beautiful and we’re looking forward to the next rain storm to see the trench take the rain water to the sewer and not flood our yard! We had talked about doing this work for years and are so happy we finally decided to get it done. Couldn’t be happier with the results."

"Initially things went pretty smoothly with this company, we got the written quote, chose to go with them. There then began to be communication problems, by this time it was getting pretty late in the year. When we finally nailed them down for installation it was December (late). The crew that came to do the install was not led by anyone we had spoken to previously about the job (salesman or the owner). They went to work and worked hard the whole day at the job. It took much longer than we were told it would, I ended up having to be off work the entire day. They didn't bring a part for the indoor control box wiring, so I had to go to a store and buy one for them. Once the crew finished and showed me the system was working and running water, I asked them if they were going to blow it out and winterize it (it was late December). They said no, that I would have to call the office and set up another appointment for that. I found this ridiculous as I was about to leave town for the holidays. They could not schedule winterization for before I left, thankfully the new system didn't freeze solid while I was gone. Once again came more communications problems with respect to the winterization, several failures to return messages etc. They finally scheduled but I told them I couldn't take the time off work. They gave instructions to turn off the water main in the house and they could do it without me there. I did this and when I returned home that night and turned the main water back on, there was all kinds of noise and shaking coming from the newly installed system pipes in the basement. I had no idea what was causing it but I couldn't very well keep the water off. Then a neighbor knocked on my door and asked if I had a water main break? I didn't think so but went outside to look and there was a RIVER running around the side of my house from the system. The person who had winterized it left the blow-out valve wide open and water was pouring out against the foundation of my house and running down the street. My understandably irate husband called the Irrigation Professionals the next day, he was hung up on (he used some salty language). After calming down there was another visit arranged for someone to come and PROPERLY winterize the system AGAIN. I thought this was a rather miserable experience and found the company's staff, other than the installation crew to be anything but professional."
