Recently, I had the pleasure of experiencing their exceptional professionalism when they came to my parents' house to pick up a fallen tree. From the moment they arrived, it was evident that Karaki Landscaping takes great pride in their work. Faris Karaki and his team conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism, displaying a level of expertise that instilled confidence from the start. Their knowledge and experience in handling fallen trees were immediately apparent, putting my parents' concerns at ease. What truly stood out during the entire process was the attention to detail and the meticulous approach that Faris and his team demonstrated. Watching them work efficiently and effectively was truly impressive. Not only did they skillfully remove the fallen tree, but they also went above and beyond by tidying up the surrounding area. The team's dedication to leaving the property in pristine condition was remarkable. They meticulously cleaned up the debris and even took the time to rake the area, leaving no trace of the fallen tree behind. "Brightview Landscape met and exceeded every expectation we had for this job. They contacted us promptly and were super responsive to our questions, came out for a quote quickly, and the work was superb. They got our large yard compltely cleaned up and ready for winter, repaired several split-rail fences, and removed a TON of leaves. It was EXACTLY what I had hoped they'd do and more. We're thrilled. "He started ok but never finished the job. Many of the plants he planted died and he promised that he will redo them in early spring. He never completed the leftover fall cleaning. Will not recommend or hire again."
