"After paying Austin "in Full", he still has not repaired my sprinkler system. He had a lot of excuses to not show up such as family emergency, vacation or he was a no call-n show. On his last visit 3/19, he said he was not licensed to do certain tasks and would need to call in another M&M person. We have not heard anything from Austin or any other employee."

Mark and his team were great with removing my dead plants, shrubs and two Juniper Spiral Topiary shrubs that (no longer was spiral, but a big shrub) that was badly burned by the hush winter weather we had this year. He was wonderful in helping me make the right plant choices and was a breath of fresh air compared to two other companies I called to get quotes. No rushing me and gave ideas on plants sizes and weather tolerance. Thank you Mark for being patient and not taking advantage of the elderly. Thank you Amanda for checking to see if we had any further questions before our landscaping job started and for contacting me when Mark and his team was delayed with another customer's job instead of having us wait without any notification of changed arrival time. 1100% recommend"
