Even though it probably wasn't a true emergency, Brian stayed to fix the entire situation on what was probably his day off. While replacing the valve, he fixed bad wiring from a previous company and adjusted our sprinkler settings. He spent an hour helping us and answering our lawn questions with helpful advice based on years of experience. This local company truly made my day and relieved my stress. "They did quite a bit of work. They’ve been really, really good. You pay monthly for all weeks out of the year, so even if it snows, you have to pay for them to come out, but, from what I understand, they still will clean up the leaves and all that kind of stuff. They were very punctual, listened to what I was requesting, and if I had an issue, their follow-up was prompt and it was taken care of. They come every Thursday."
