Shawn Douglas plumber installed the new frost free exterior faucet that was twelve inches long and inside my house installed a shut off valve; furthermore, the plumbing code recommended. He neatly cut a small square box in the panel in the Den to find the pipe. After he found the pipe he installed a shut off valve for the frost free exterior faucet. His measurement was exactly correct to find the hidden pipe behind the outdoor wall. He explained that the exterior faucet should have a separate shut off valve. He had great rapport with the customer that is me and I was impressed that he used a lever to balance the frost free exterior faucet. I do not about any customer that was not satisfied with his work but he receive a five star rating for this job."

"One of the best service experiences we've ever had. All the inside water lines need to be replaced. The whole job from start to finish was completed in 4 days. Despite all the horror stories I'd heard about this process, when they were compelted 4 days later, one could never tell any work was done in the house. At the end of day #1. large holes were methodically taken out of walls and ceilings thoughout the house. We began to think maybe this whole job was a mistake to see our lovely house in this state of disrepair. Day #2, all the water lines were completely replaced. Day 3, the crew was replaced by 2 new members who had the responisbility of restoring the house to its original condition. At the end of day #4, there was not even dust anywhere in the house. All the furniture was replaced exactly where it started, and you couldn't even find where all the walls and ceilings were cut. There wasn't even the necessity for any additonal cleanup on our part. "Mark's answering machine message warned me that he was booked until the following week, but Mark later called back to say he had an opening two days later.  We set a time but I mentioned that earlier would also work for me, and he called that day to say he had just finished a job and was available earlier.  He came and replaced the pop-up mechanism in a bathroom sink, also stablized the toilet in a bathroom, confirmed that my water heater was fine, and advised me about installing a overflow pan for my washing machine. <br /> The home inspector I used estimated the cost of the first 2 tasks at about $500.  Mark did them and more for $90 including the cost of parts and he was also friendly, answered all my questions, and suggested how I might tackle the overflow pan for the washer myself.  !  I have already recommended him to a colleague. <br />"
