"The repair technician (Vince) arrived on-time, seemed knowledgeable and was professional. He also informed me of Snell's maintenance plans (which I purchased), without pressuring me to buy. Additionally, my builder had positioned the external condensation tube to drip directly on the mount that holds the unit. As a result, rust has accumulated on the bolts and other parts of the mount. Vince added tubing to the pipe to channel the drip directly over the ground splash plate. I didn't ask him to do this and he never told me he had done so. That's what I consider GOOD customer service!!!"
