"The steadily worked the project until it was complete - Overall, a decent job but left nails on the ground (stepped on 3 of them while working outside in the days after they completed the project) - The salesman (Dwayne Walker) prepared a professional looking estimate and promised to provide feedback with regard to the extent of my roof's wind damage to my insurance company - I came to realize it was just a sales tactic to "trick" me into signing the contract, as he never followed through, even though I followed up with him through email requests and asked several other Roofing & More contacts who "promised" to get back to him and ask him to follow through. I eventually became upset with him and the company because he set expectations he never intended to meet, costing me several thousand dollars."

Denis, the JW Technician who was sent to my home to conduct the work, was very professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented. Due to an unknown pre-existing issue that necessitated cutting into the dry wall in the bulk-head (above my stove), the job ended up taking approximately 3 hours longer than what was originally projected. That being said, Denis devised a successful solution to deal with the unexpected snag, repaired the drywall and expertly painted the entire wall. We had a last minute decision to get a separate work done on the garage with another contractor after signing the contract with LHR. LHR was flexible with us and agreed to finish the main house per schedule and they will return to install the roof on the garage when we are ready.
