"Excellent experience from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and communicated clearly throughout the repair. They completed the deck repair with quality workmanship, cleaned up after the job, and made sure everything was done right. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing deck or porch repairs."

"We had an eleven year old cedar deck that needed sanding and restaining as well as replacing some rotting boards. We received several estimates for the work and Minquiz Construction came in with a quote that was very reasonable. We are so glad we chose them to do the job. Angel is a craftsman. Our deck stairs had an interesting design and Angel replicated that design and it actually looks better than it did originally. He ended up having to put several coats of stain on the base and he worked on it until it was perfect. We would definitely use Minquiz again."

"Andrew was able to repair my door the same afternoon that I got in touch with him. I hired him to come back the next day to repair another problem! He was so professional and so kind. I m very glad to know that I can contact him in the future for any other repairs!"

"Very quick to respond to posting and came next day for estimate. This was a small repair job on fascia and flashing which they handled at time of estimate for a reasonable price, especially considering the minimum fees that bigger contractors charge -- if you can even get the bigger guys to come out. Contractor (Eric) seemed knowledgeable and was polite and professional. Would hire again."

"I was satisfied with the service. They provide ideas on how to make the deck stronger. I don't have any issue, and they give a 1-year warranty."

"I recently hired J.J. Sanchez Landscaping to trim low-hanging branches on a couple of trees and ended up with a complete makeover of the front and back patios, and I couldn't be happier! The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. They transformed both patios from looking okay to beautiful. I highly recommend them for any landscaping needs! From the initial consultation to the final touches, J.J. Sanchez Landscaping was fantastic. They communicated every step of the way and made sure I was happy with the progress. I will definitely be using their services again!"

"Great job I highly recommend them"

"The workmanship was very thorough and professional . I will hire them again. Price was fair."

"We hired Brandon to tear down and rebuild our existing deck and screen it in. We also had him cover up our front stairs with composite decking over the concrete. His attention to detail and craftsmanship was excellent. He put in long days to complete the projects on time and correctly. All passed city inspections without issues. He was easy to work with and worked with us even as we made last minute changes. We are so impressed with his work that we are bringing him back in the Spring to replace and repair our front door. Don't pass him up!"

"Tom installed a wood railing on my front porch and repaired a shed in my back yard that my husband had built back in the 1980s. There was a day or two that he could not work due to the weather and on those days he worked at home painting the new trim boards for the shed. Tom also removed an old basketball hoop from my garage and replaced the siding at no charge. When Tom completed the projects, my yard was left in the same condition it was when he arrived. I would not hesitate to have Tom back to work on any new projects and I would be happy to recommend him to friends. Thank you Tom !"
