Floor was replaced with durable vinyl. Remaining wood floor was sanded and refinished. Decided to replace old carpet in 2 bedrooms with wood floors to match existing. Finished product is almost a perfect match! Daniel is also a contractor and his team of experts painted my entire condo ceilings to floors. "Arkadia Floorings (Mike Osan Mircea) has done a wonderful job of installing lvp in our basement. He is extremely meticulous , worked at a steady pace and completed the job with utmost care. He pulled out the carpets and cleanly packed them for easy disposal. Then he made the basement floor look really new without any costs overrun. The thresholds, shoe base installs, etc were done to tidy up further. For stairs going down to the basement , he pulled the rug out and there were hardwood stairs already. He resurfaced and stained with a color that matched the lvp. This actually reduced our costs . Towards the end of our job , he took extra time to clean up, vacuum and really leave the home slick n span. He also took care of a few extras - like cleaning up /buffing up some parts of existing wood floors elsewhere in the house, all for no extra cost."

"I had the carpeting replaced in one of the bedrooms. Expo sent me sample photos of carpets by email so I could choose a carpet over the phone. Dina, the salesperson, was very helpful. The installer was terrific. He got there right on time and took out the old carpeting and hauled it away and then installed the new carpet in two hours.It looks beautiful. I'm really pleased with the service I got. I have used Expo several times before and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone."

"Similar to other reviews Luis went above and beyond to refinish my original hardwood floors. We bought our new house and were searching for someone to do the job. After sending a couple emails, and calling for basic quotes, we went on Angi and immediately after searching for professionals Luis called. He had seen we were searching and told me he would come over the same day to check the floors and give us a quote and that was it. He set up a time to choose our stain, and even grabbed some extra so we could match our Butcher Block counters to our hardwoods. Not only did he start on our floors earlier than expected, he did an amazing job with what looked like an absolute mess before he started. We’re crazy about our floors, and even noticed that before he was finished they had added an extra touch by cleaning our air vents while the grates were off. A true professional and a good person, I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you again!!"

I did not hear from anyone so after 3 days I called but no one returned my call. Called back again a week later to cancel the order. Left a long message stating I did not want to cancel the order but was concerned because no one returned my calls. Finally, received a call from a regional manager. He connected me to a local manager who set up an install date a week later. The installers were polite and professional. Gave me some helpful advise. Job was completed in less than a day. The shower door came a week later. I have had the shower for over a month. It is beautiful. I love it. Quality work. I would highly recommend Premier Home Pros."
