The second visit involved selecting our customized shingle from Owen Corning and the color of our drip edge. The third visit was the crew coming out to install the new roof and solar fan. This was done in one day for our 2 story home. The crew responded to a few requests including fixing some holes on our fireplace siding chewed by squirrels. This was a temporary fix, but it helped give us some protection from the weather until we can replace the siding. The only issue we ran into was when the crew installed a second ridge vent on the main part of the house as well as the solar fan. Once we brought it to Brandon and Neely's attention, they had the crew remove the ridge vent that same day. The crew was professional and cleaned up all the debris and trash. Two days later, Brandon did a walk through to see that everything was done correctly. We paid him in full at that time.
