"I used H&H Escobar Property Services based on their excellent reviews. I’m glad I did! I was needing old sod removed and new sod installed. They responded immediately and were very knowledgeable. I was at work while they were doing the job and they stayed in constant contact with me by sending pics of the progress. I highly recommend using them and look forward to using them in the future."

"It went extremely well.Mariisno did a great of explaining to us what we were getting.Actually, we had some that was cheaper by 300 dollars.. just irrigation was the company. We decided to go with Mariano because of his knowledge and integrity.. The workers were also great.. It’s only been a couple of days but things appear to be working fine.. The workers cleaned up behind themselves . You really couldn’t tell that they had dug up the yard.I will definitely recommend Mariano Cruz."

"These guys absolutely knocked it out of the park! The new sod looks incredible, and the sprinkler system upgrades have made a huge difference in coverage and water efficiency. They were professional, punctual, and clearly cared about doing the job right. My yard looks better than it ever has, and I've already received compliments from neighbors. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality lawn and irrigation work. Five stars all the way!"
