Asked TJ if someone can come back to finish and spray. He agreed someone would come May and June. No one showed up. Called several times no answer. When TJ finally answered he hung up on me. At this point I am very disappointed. I thought he was an upstanding person. I would have been ok if they would have finished the job at a later date because I know the weather has been terrible but there has been no communication."

We did have one piece of equipment fail within a month of the installation, but it was a third party dehumidifier that was just a dud I guess, no fault of Baker's. I texted the project manager about it on a Sunday. I expected a response the following week. He got back to me within the hour. The equipment was removed and replaced within a couple days. Everything great since. I would highly recommend Baker's, but specifically our project manager Nathan Goddard and the head guy on site Daylan. Can't remember his last name, but he's got a long beard and did a great job. Thanks to both of them and the rest of the guys."
