"Every part of this job was handled professionally. Luis came out to discuss the options and sign the contract and Carlos and his team came out and put all the writing into action. They did an exceptional job. No hidden fees or trying to get you to spend more than the agreed upon price. Everything is laid out for you before the job starts. And they stand behind their work. They tell you before they leave, to call them if you have any issues. Great job, great company, I highly recommend."

"Responded quickly to my call for a quote. Wladimir, the owner called to let me know when he was coming. Answered all my questions. Very courteous and prompt. The team of installers were very professional. The lead for the team, Juan is a great carpenter and was able to scribe the fence around one of my oaks."

"So for some context, I received 9 different quotes from 9 different companies and made them all come onsite 2 or more times to walk the fence line, discuss the project, etc. I had exact specifications; for the black chainlink fence, it was 2-1/2" corner and line posts along with 1-5/8" top rail and tension wire along the bottom of the chainlink fence; for the aluminum fence, it was 2-1/2" aluminum posts, along with 4" posts for the gates. So basically, a commercial grade fence for 1.2 acres of land. With all 9 companies, the materials were essentially the same, but when choosing a fencing company, it really comes down to customer service and labor. With regards to customer service for All Quality Fence, you're not just dealing with an estimator, but you're dealing with the owner. I can't tell you how rare that is; out of the 9 companies I received quotes from, I only interacted with the owner for 2 of the companies. Tom was responsive to all inquiries, no matter how mundane, because he's not only a nice guy, but he's also professional. With regards to labor, you want to make sure if they use full-time employees, which All Quality Fence does, since full-time employees (not contractors) are guaranteed fencing professionals. They don't cut corners. They dig 3 ft+ holes for the posts so there's no give after the concrete sets. They move rocks that require 2-3 men to move so the fence line is clear. They decide to upgrade from a 2-1/2" line post to a 3" line post at a 45 degree slope to preserve the integrity of the fence in the long run. Willy, the project manager, did all those things, and he was great to work with. I highly recommend working with All Quality Fence!"

"I had a fence installed by this company, which held up pretty well. After 9 years I followed up with them to come by and repair it by replacing 3 sections and 4 wood posts. Unfortunately, they wanted to charge 50% more to repair than the original entire installation cost. I pointed out the extraordinary increase and Dean unfortunately made a mockery of the inquiry and really reflected poorly on the company's customer service. I understand business costs increase annually due to inflation and the city, however, it doesn't make sense for a repair to cost so much more than a new fence installation. Would've at least appreciated being treated with respect and fairness as a repeat customer coming back to you. I'm getting a second opinion on this matter."
