"Sun Glo got me an immediate appt.  The service man, Drew arrived on the time agreed.  He was efficient, courteous and cheerful.  He soaked up the water and placed a fan between the carpet and pad to dry for 2 days.  Because of the sewer placement, the pad was not drying properly so he replaced the pad upon his return. Of course, he had to stretch the carpet and replace the floor molding. The room looked great and there was no odor. The price was fair.  The manager, Mike was informative and answered all my questions and concerns.  He also worked with me within my time restrictions. I have used Sun Glo in the past for both my business and home carpet cleaning.  I was pleased then and I am very pleased now.  They helped me out of a tough situation. <br />"

"They are prompt, right on time, the floors are never soggy or wet and they do an excellent job in extracting the water. They take care to put little slips of coated paper under the furniture to make sure that it doesn't get dirty. You don't have to move any of your furniture; they take care to do all of that. I think they do a lovely job on the stairs because that's my dirties spot."

"Tony did some AMAZING work!  We had a leather set (sofa, loveseat, chair, ottoman) that we thought could not be saved. The set had years of wear and tear, with numerous big dogs in the house who loved to lounge all over it, it was a mess. Some of the attached seat cushions were even tearing away from the backs of the sofa and loveseat. It seemed to be an impossible job, but it was a high-quality set that I didn't want to throw away if I didn't have to. I had a terrible time finding people to quote the job. Upholstery shops didn't want to work with leather. Leather shops didn't want to do upholstery repairs. But Tony was willing and able to do both and the results were OUTSTANDING. <br /> When he came out to quote the job, he assured us that when he was done, our set would look like new again. I'll admit that I was skeptical... it was in really bad shape. Last night, he brought all of our pieces back and WOW! It seriously DID look like we had gone out and purchased a new set. He had to actually dismantle the sofa and loveseat to repair the cushions. The leather was soft and supple again. <br /> I was very impressed with Tony's knowledge about leather, and enthusiasm, responsiveness, and professionalism. He saved us from spending thousands more to replace our set. <br />"
