"Nick provided a top-to-bottom, end-to-end renovation/upgrade to a two bedroom apartment for sale including the full bathroom from floors to walls to shower and sink faucets, vanities, mirror and medicine cabinet demo and installation, repaired/filled holes and painted - basically everything other than the tub replacement so that it was a brand new, spotless room. He continued this effort and workmanship in every room and demoed and installed all new pergo flooring for the open floor plan kitchen and living room and bedrooms, landings as well as new stairs replacing dated laminate and carpeting. The kitchen cabinets, countertops, faucet, etc. were completely updated and made the most of the space while being designed in way to fit an over the stove microwave in the future. Future designs were factored into the cabinet layout/installation. He repaired/filled large holes in walls, ceilings, doors left during a move-out and painted the entire apartment to make it fresh and updated where you couldn’t notice the holes anymore. Incorporated all the finishing touches that a realtor identified to complete the renovation. Constantly receive compliments on the impressive finished product of our newly renovated apartment that is ready to move in"

"I highly recommend Dependable Home Improvement & Property Preservation, Corp. They repaired a small barn on our property which included re-siding the building, constructing new loft, shed, and double width equipment doors, and repairing windows and window frames. In addition to installing roof, corner, and door trim the barn received two coats of red paint and the doors and roof trim received a coat of white paint. Dependableâ s material estimate closely aligned with mine so they got the job. They were conscientious, worked carefully and neatly, and paid close attention to detail. Having originally built the barn ourselves, there is no way that we could have done a better job on these repairs."

"He came right away & gave me an estimate & was able to do the repair immediately. I was so happy because someone had kicked in my front door at 4:00 am & I needed it to be fixed asap. Thanks to him, I can sleep better tonight. He was very nice, professional & totally cleaned up afterwards. I’d definitely hire him again with no hesitation."

"Robert was super knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. We changed out the door knobs on our doors but the mortise and strike plates were a different size. Robert was able to resize the surface on the doors for us and installed the door knobs. The kicker? The doors were just painted black and needed to be handled with care. Not a single blemish on the doors. Robert did an amazing job! Highly recommended."

"Tony did an excellent job of repairing an interior door. Would highly recommend him.."

"I recently had my bathroom renovated by James and Derek and I couldn't be happier with the results. They also did my floors , doors and other projects. They did a beautiful job and showed great patience throughout the process. James is a man of his word-when he says they will be there, they are and stay until the project is complete. It is refreshing to work with such happy, honest, trustworthy professionals. I would highly recommend them—no need for me to look for another contractor again on my next project."
