"Greg was great! He took a look at the issue and was able to repair a vintage lock mechanism on an old large door of our property. Previously a locksmith we hired came out and claimed that the lock was broken, missing pieces, and had bent parts. I should find a finish carpenter and replace the mechanism - hence I ended up calling Greg. Greg was able to take a look. He was able to reassemble the lock, clean the mechanism, and bring it back to working condition. Greg was very professional and thorough in his work. When work commenced, my house is an old tudor that posed a lot of unique installation "surprise" problems almost every step of the way. Greg and crew addressed each problem above and beyond the call (and price) of the contract and never came to me to renegotiate or increase the agreed price of the contract. <br /> The crew was polite, unobtrusive and cleaned up daily after work was finished. All work was skillfully completed in the time scheduled and everything looks great. <br /> Above and beyond: Along the way the crew found issues that needed to be addressed that were outside the parameters of this job. Greg presented the issues and possible solutions without ever making me feel like it was urgent or he was selling more services to me. In fact I had to ask him, "When I get around to it, can *you* guys do that for me?" lol. Also we decided that new doors should be added to the job. When the estimate came back too high for my budget, Greg worked diligently with me to find a satisfactory way to reduce the cost.
