"Absolute integrity, professional and knowledgeable. Answered all questions, promptly calls back any phone inquiries. Not even a nail or screw found on grounds after they cleaned up debris. Roof installed in one day. Prior to my new roof being installed I had leaks caused by my solar panels. Corey was my initial contact; Michael was the job-site supervisor. They really listened while I expressed my concerns about the solar company ( which caused the leaks in my roof initially) again not sealing my roof adequately. Corey, who was aware of this through his initial inspection and showed us the pictures he took which detail this, offered and did, indeed, return after the solar panels were reinstalled on the new roof. Trust this company; when their job is over they are still willing to be available for whatever is needed."

"ETC Home Improvement did a beautiful job remodeling our main floor full bathroom. Eddy and his team were wonderful to work with from start to finish. They ripped out our original outdated bathroom, including a one-piece shower/tub unit and replaced it with a beautiful tiled shower complete with a frameless glass door. The tile guys were the hardest working crew I have ever seen. They were meticulous, patient, and truly dedicated to their craft. They did such a stunning job and were also very courteous when in our home. Eddy and his crew were also very clean. They were constantly picking up and cleaning up any debris, materials or dust as they worked. We appreciated this because we have three small children and we did not have to worry about them getting into anything.  Overall we were extremely happy with final finished bathroom. Not only is Eddy honest, hard working and polite but his entire crew is as well. We were very comfortable with everyone on his team and the work that they did.
We absolutely plan on using ETC Home Improvement again.

What drew me to your company was the hospitality of the sales rep and his wonderful presentation. I believe we made the right decision, as our roof, unlike before, is a complete Owen's Corning system covered by a tremendous warranty. we no longer have to worry about leaks or issues because of our new beautiful roof and gutters. They even remove and reinstall your solar panels for you. Great company all around. friendly and helpful staff"

"I had an idea of what I wanted, Brian Koos spent over an hour working with me going over various designs and options. While their pricing was in the area of what i expected I did not sign the contract that day. Brian was not pushy at all and understood. I did get 2 other estimates that were much higher. When I was ready I called Brian and had changed the color of the decking. He revised the quote and I signed the contract. Work was complete 10 days later. There was a small qlitch, the workers made the deck the same size as the original porch but it was supposed to be larger to cover some imperfections in the patio. Unfortunately I didn't notice it until they finished. Marc Cerami had come by during and just as they finished and immediately remedied the situation. He offered to re-do the deck in the correct size or they could an add a board to the bottom step which would extend the deck. They came back the next day and added another board. It covered the imperfections and actually looked better than the original design. I would definately work with Carls again on another project."

"Victor.and his crew were phenomenal. They worked hard, everyone knew what task to perform and Victor was always on top of the job. He would stop whatever he was doing to answer any questions we had and made sure everything was to our liking. This was a big job, removing old wood clapboard siding and installing insulation and new vinyl clapboard siding that looks amazing. The crew would clean up the area at the end of each day and Victor would make sure we were satisfied with the process. He and his crew are knowledgeable and polite.
