"Very Pleased with Home Genius. John our project manager was on site through the entire installation and answered any and all questions we had. He also went above and beyond and repaired our radon system that had not been installed properly , he personally made sure it was vented out the roof and not just blowing into the attic like the original installers left it."

"Chad and his staff are professional and courteous.I had a Cupola that was blown away from my garage roof during a storm. He removed it and replaced sheathing and shingles on the roof. You could not tell a repair was done. The shingles matched up perfectly. He also removed a wood stove flue that was falling. They left the work site clean after finishing the work.I've hired numerous contractors for the 4 homes I have owned and Chad is the best. I highly recommend him for great work at fair prices. I will definitely use him again in the future."

"Was away when the work was done, but when we returned you would never know they were there - except for the new roof. There appeared to be a leak which I assumed was caused by the new roof. When they returned to inspect they found that another part of the roof which they were not responsible for was the culprit. They did a minor fix - w/o charge and the problem has not occurred again. Awesome."

"He came out and cleaned the gutters out. He was suppose to check out the roof. It was in the 90s and he said it was too hot and there was a risk of the shingles breaking off if he went up there, which I know to be true. But he never came back to check it. As for cleaning the gutters, he did a good job. As for as checking the roof, he didn't do anything."
