"Excellent, no problems. My car was new the first year I used the service and there has never been any damage during the transports. The men picking up and delivering the car have always been pleasant and cooperative. Both Ely and Guy at United Transport has been highly responsive to my needs. I would highly recommend this company."

Total Temperature Control, a complete, licensed HVAC contractor providing heating, cooling, and ventilation solutions for both residential and commercial clients in the Greater Boston area since 1990. We are dedicated to supplying high quality products and exceptional customer service which has earned us the Carrier President’s Award for 10 years. Our experienced team of engineers, HVAC technicians, plumbers, and electricians will design, install and maintain an HVAC system that meets your needs and your budget.
"not sure how there are so many good reviews. the company does not stand behind their work and 100% satisfaction means nothing. After a bad installation, where coolant leaked multiple times, air in the gas line, defective pump, cracked condensation pipes , leaking rain in unsealed roof exhaust, gaps in newly installed ductwork. They told me to find someone else to service the system after I left a bad review."

Kitchen cabinet showroom
"Terrible. Just terrible. Whenever we had a conversation about what was included in our purchase or not, he was ALWAYS switching up his statement. Lou is full of empty promises and we had a poor experience with him. He recommended his brother, Chris Mellilo, to be our contractor. Upfront he seeemed like a good guy but it was our mistake. It took this guy over 6 months to complete 1/2 of our kitchen. BEWARE of Northeast kitchen and his rude and flakey brother who ruined our lives for over 6 months. Find another place to get your cabinets and do not listen to these guys. Terrible, just terrible."

"Claudio is willing to work after 5 p.m. and on Saturdays which is great. I had asked whether I should purchase the fan or if he wanted to buy it and he told me to go ahead and buy it. He arrived early for an appointment on a Thursday at 5 p.m., told me that the fan I had purchased was not good and too small. He left and sent me by text 4 models that would work for me. The one I originally chose was less expensive online than through his supplier, so he told me I could purchase it online. But I changed my mind when I read the reviews of it online. I purchased another one of the models he suggested. He did not tell me that if I purchased the fan myself, his job would not be under warranty. He told me his labor would cost $585, that he does not charge by the hour, but by the job. He said this job could take him 2-4 hours. Because I wanted to get this done, I agreed to pay him the $585 + the cost of the fan. Claudio arrived Saturday afternoon to install it. The fan he had suggested to me was again too small. But he seemed to be in a hurry, so he said he would make it work. He installed the fan and turned it on. It seemed to work, although it did not look like a job well done, especially for that amount of money because the fan was too small and you could see where the other fan had been and the grill didn’t lie flat on the ceiling. Claudio told me to get foam installation and spray it myself to close the gaps. I ran to the hardware store that minute and gave it to him to do. There are still gaps. I asked him if he still wanted $585 for a job that took him only one hour, and he accepted $425. He said he would email me a receipt. I took a steamy shower the next day and the fan did not seem to work. My bathroom was much steamier than it had been with my old fan (which no longer worked!). When I texted him and told him it seemed to work worse than my broken fan he, told me it wasn’t his fault and that he just installed the fan. I also told him that I resented the fact that he seemed to blame the fact that I had gotten a fan too small on me. He said that since I had purchased the fan, it was not under warranty and that he would charge me for a service call to look at the fan again and sort of “yelled” at me by text. In the end, I’m pretty sure that the fan does work. It’s just different than what I’m used to, but it definitely does not look good for that amount of money. Claudio never emailed me a receipt."

Design / Build / Relationship company
"From the point where we discovered water damage resulting from a boiler failure during the coldest weekend of the year all the way to completion of the room rebuilds, Sam was amazing. He managed the entire process including working closely with our insurance company. Sam knows how all of this works and made sure he got us exactly what was needed to restore the house to pre-incident condition. In many cases even better based on new code requirements. Sam was always reachable and always willing to talk us through the process and keep us updated. And in addition to all of this, he managed our repairs during the pandemic, taking great care to accommodate the needs of my at risk elderly mother. Sam is a true professional and definitely the person you want on your side when an event like this occurs. I highly recommend him!"
