When providing an estimate on our painting needs he spent extra time walking us through options for how we could incorporate accent colors into our home. He is very knowledgeable and suggestions were well-received. We are very happy with how the colors flow throughout our home- thanks to his recommendations. We were a little skeptical when he said the job would only take four days with him doing all the work himself, but sure enough, he completed the job on time and we are very satisfied. Having one person working in your home makes the impact on having your house painted far less intrusive. "Our only complaint about Metro Reconstruction was the length of time it took to start the job. However, it’s hard to fault a company whose popularity and good work actually created their wait list. Ben explained that several of his other stucco projects had hidden complications that delayed the start of our small job. But in the end, our patience was rewarded and we were very happy with the result. Here’s a brief recap. In late December 2015, six months after we signed the contract, Ben contacted us to let us know that our stucco repair was next in line. Our stucco was damaged from a rogue woodpecker and we were seeking a permanent (non-lethal) solution to the problem. In a just a week or so, Ben was at our house reviewing the job details and taking a stucco sample to match our color. Now all we had to do was wait for the weather to warm up and even that arrived right on cue. The work crew was efficient, professional and polite. Every evening they cleaned up the work site and kept the clutter to a minimum. Within a week the task was completely done and we are very glad that we waited."
