"Simon Roofing was a "Barn Saver" for me! We hired a Roofing Company a few of years ago to do repairs due to wind. That "company" took our money (over $2000) and never stepped foot on our property, we never recovered our losses! We were quite soured over the whole experience. Simon Roofing was a Blessing! Ian exhibited extreme professionalism, a clear and concise knowledge of his business, and excelled in communication skills, "listening" to my concerns about my poor barn that needed some TLC. A 50 x 100ft barn with 14ft sidewalls built about 15 years ago. I really appreciated the pictures and video of repairs made to my barn and house roof. I would never be able to "see" that for myself without his pictures and videos. :) I don't do heights! Out of 3 Contractors, Ian was the only one that actually responded, and communicated and followed thru. Outstanding and refreshing! Ian understood, my need for immediate repairs due to previous wind damage with impending weather and wind. He provided quick and precise quotes with prompt answers to any questions I had. He provided clear and concise quotes for other projects I asked him to address. He emailed a very user-friendly agreement to sign and there was absolutely no pressure to sign. His Crew was Professional and went right to work and wasted no time getting my repairs completed. They worked on my Barn the day before Thanksgiving and headed for Family in Texas once my repairs were completed. I appreciate them very much and hope they had a wonderful Thanksgiving! Mother Nature tested their work the very next day and I experienced NO leaks or loose metal rattles! It was a great feeling! Thank you to Simon Roofing! I look forward to doing future business with them and referring them to my Friends!"

"Honest, Competent, and Professional Roofers. I hired Tuff Roof to replace my roof after it received significant hail damage in the Aug 2023. They did a superb job and replaced my roof in a timely manner with high quality Class IV shingles. Earl was very professional, communicated regularly, and most importantly he and his team did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. I would definitely recommend TuffRoof for any roof work, from small repairs to total replacement."

"Performed an excellent job clearing snow from our roof."

"I was given a fair estimate and the roof was repaired on the same day. "Skip" is very friendly and knowledgable He fixed some problems created by the shoddy roofing job done by the builder besides the leak, which was also caused by the poor workmanship of the builder. I have had a decent amount of rain, and no leak. If I have any more problems, I will call Colorado Roof Repair first."

"I called Swift to get an inspection done on my house. The inspector, Scott, was really flexible with scheduling an appointment with me. He came out to my house and was really friendly. He answered all the questions I had for him. I didn't know too much about the stucco system I had on my house so I learned alot that day. He had a professional appearance which I appreciated. He used a moisture meter to test the moisture in my stucco. I'm always concerned about mold and moisture around my family so I was happy to get a reading that was normal. He also got on the roof to look at the stucco and let me know some kickout flashings were missing. I feel like he did a great job because he made sure to look all over and he took alot of pictures that he later was able to send me with his report. He walked around the house and tested different areas and showed me on the report what concerns he had but that overall my stucco system was in pretty good shape. I was definitely impressed with how much he knew and the patience he had with all my questions. He gave me a very detailed report that was about 15 pages. It was clear and wasn't hard to understand at all. I had a really good experience with this company. I would definitely use them again if I needed another inspection done and I recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

"Work is not scheduled until December. They used technology to evaluate the roof (an IR camera attachment & app for a cell phone), presented a great product, and provided a reasonable bid. Since the work has not yet been done, I can't rate the quality, etc. However, the system forced me to enter 'placeholders'"

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"

"Once the city approved the permit, and they could make their schedule. The shingles arrived and 2 days later our 14 square roof was completed in one day. They also completed a downspout for us."

"Justin and his team of professionals were responsive, high quality and performed the work with quality and excellence. I would highly recommend True North Builders LLC to perform any type of remodel. It was such a relief to have people who were easy to work with, reliable, and trust worthy. This is a company above the rest."
