"We are extremely satisfied with the work Community Construction performed for us. We initially hired Community Construction to replace wood siding on our home with split shake vinyl siding. They were very helpful in the process of selecting the replacement siding product, giving us presentations on several products that were available. Their pricing was very competitive and the product we ended up selecting was perfect. Halfway through the project a violent storm rolled through the area, uprooting a large tree which fell on our house. Community Construction picked up the ball and ran with it, lining up a contractor to remove the tree off the house when it was almost impossible to get a tree contractor to do the work because of the extensive storm damage in the area. They were also very experienced in working with insurance companies to insure that we got the maximum compensation from our coverage. I don't know what we would have done without their assistance in navigating the insurance process. Community Construction coordinated and performed all of the repairs from the storm damage including replacing the entire roof on the house and garage. I would highly recommend them and will definately use them for future projects. Their workmanship is professional and their pricing is competitive."

"Champion struggled to get our project finished, having to come back and finish the project weeks after the initial install. They quoted quickly, got me scheduled for initial install quickly, and even got the windows in within a day. But when the installer said they'll be back in a day or two to finish the cosmetic stuff... they did not. It was safe in the short term, no damage, no risks, but cosmetically awful. The company was quick to recognize the problem, extremely communicative, and didn't charge anything to make it right. They stood by their promise to make it good for us. They also fixed our torn screen for free; the wind blew a heavy patio umbrella and it slammed into the window, tearing the screen. Side note, not even a smudge on the glass. It is quite handy to have technicians locally that you can just drop in to drop off a broken piece. Overall quite happy but it took a bit to get there."

"We are very pleased with how the process went from initial consultation through the completion of the work. They started the job about 5 1/2 weeks after we hired them which was a little sooner than the original estimate. The workers arrived daily between 8-8:30 and worked until around 5pm. We had wood siding that had spots that were rotting. They removed the old siding and gutters, installed new insulation and wrap, and replaced with new vinyl siding, aluminum trim, and new gutters. It took three guys eight days to complete the siding/trim job, and the gutter guys finished in one day. They did a good job cleaning up after themselves every day, although we did find a few nails and bits and pieces of aluminum trim on our patio and in the grass in the days following the completion of the work."

"I recently started inquiring about getting a new roof installed. I met with each company but one really stuck out while trying to pick the contractor to install the most important part of my home. Storm Maters' Kerry Klein arrived on time, actually started to inspect the roof before I got there. Once I did get to the house, Kerry was actually measuring the entire roof; first contractor to do that. Once he was done on the roof, approximately 30 minutes, I had the pleasure of speaking to him about some of my concerns. The entire quote took about an hour and a half but my concerns became his. He offered many solutions, he's extremely knowledgeable and very, very thorough. He climbed every inch of my attic inspecting it as he went to ensure he didn't miss anything.
