"Approximately 7-9 months ago we got an estimate so we knew how much money we needed for the siding to be installed. We got the money and I couldn't remember who gave us the quote, but when I called Mr. S Roofing and Siding, He remembered us and honored the quote from before. How cool is that in this day and age. "Excellent. Out of the three bids I got TX elite was A bit pricier than the other two companies but not by much.. problem was an unpredictable leak in three places in one bathroom.. after years of unsuccessfully searching in the attic for where the water was coming in I finally found it. TX elite presented their estimate very professionally-clearly detailing the work & the cost. Sergio who came to the house and put the estimate together was great to work with..... knowledgeable professional and friendly. He pointed out several places on the roof that needed some preventive maintenance considering the age of the roof. There were a couple of issues in the estimate I was not satisfied with so Sergio conference called his boss Ignacio who listened to my concerns and addressed them to my satisfaction. They were prompt showing up when they said they would and completing the job when they said they would. Overall, I think these guys are hard-working and honest people. They told me at the beginning that the new shingles would not match perfectly the old shingles-but man theyâ re not even close. That being said I would still not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends."

They arrived on schedule, completed the project without any incidents and followed all safety protocols involved. When the job was completed, there was absolutely no evidence of their existence! Not a single nail or any debris was left behind. I was especially pleased with the gutter replacements that were installed. I have owned this home since 1998 and have always faced water ponding in the backyard. After the gutter replacements were installed, the ponding issues no longer exist! "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."
