Look, paying for a new roof is no one's idea of fun, but over time the peace of mind that will come with our new 40-year roof will likely be worth. We got a total of 3 quotes, and Icon's quote basically "tied" another company's from a financial perspective, but I felt more comfortable with Icon because I could tell Caleb would take good care of us. I was right -- Caleb took great care of us throughout the process, checking on the project's progress almost every day. Our project did take longer than expected -- originally expected for 4 or 5 days but it took 9, due to some rainy/windy weather and fewer subs showing up to our project each day than expected. Even with the delays, Caleb checked up on us every day, assured us that the project was properly "buttoned up" for the inclement weather, and answered every one of our questions/concerns. "Some of the negative problems a mess was left big chuncks of concrete under my furniture some stuff wasn't covered properly. Something very sentimental to me got broke i got told 'm sorry that happened they were told to becareful due to breakable items. They offered to come back & clean up all the mess that was left & fix some other issues. The two guys who came back for my concerns were very nice & respectful & addressed & fixed the issues. The installation team was very friendly as well but was the ones that left the mess & broke a item of mine I've had for 10 yrs. So very heart broke over that. Now just waiting to see how my basement holds up when it rains heavey or for days at a time."

I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."
