On the day of the job, the crew came out on time and got it all done within a day, and did a very good job cleaning up afterward. "I needed a full replacement of a ~20-25+ year shingle roof and solicited quotes from several roofers. My initial call was answered immediately by an answering service and I received a call-back later in the day from Todd, who scheduled a visit to my home a few days later to review the details of the project. The quote was returned promptly and while we had some back-and-forth over the need for some additional carpentry work around a dormer, I was certainly appreciative of the professionalism and thoroughness -- ultimately I decided to move forward with Ranch and was not disappointed. The project itself started on an extremely cold and windy day. I half expected a call saying that the conditions were too unfavorable for roof work, but the guys showed up right on time and I met the project manager (Dave) who gave me an overview of what to expect for the day. Most of the work was not only completed by the end of the day but all of the debris was promptly and thoroughly cleaned up by the time I returned home.
