"They have a favorable AL rating so I started this process by calling this company for an estimate. I was contacted by Jim Howell, their roof inspector/ evaluator. He met with me promptly and did the inspection by getting up on the roof and gave me the estimate within 2 days. Jim also came back here a second time to meet my husband (my request) so he would have a better understanding of our roof's condition and why it should be replaced. Samples of roofing materials were brought here to determine sytle and color.
Although generally I always obtain multiple quotes from various providers I did not seek more in this case. I was so impressed by Jim Howell's explanations, courtesy, and demeanor that we went ahead with this company.
It was supposed to be a 2 all-day job. Unfortunately day #2 turned out to be a rainy day and they had to suspend working. (a Friday).
Because the crew needed to get the job done due to weather changes they came back and worked on Sunday, all day and finished!
Replacing a roof is extremely messy and Noisy! and the crew did a wonderful job of picking up nails, shingle debris, and blowing and sweeping. The crew was extremely careful throughout not damaging our bushes, lawn, and landscaping in general which I had requested before we signed the contract.
Jim also gave me some advice to repair mortar in several areas on the facade of our home. I appreciated that.
Our roof is very attractive and we know our home is protected for many years to come.
The only reason I gave a B on the Cost is because I did not obtain other bids so I couldn't compare with other companies.

If we had not engaged Signature to work with us and our insurance company, we may have paid less but we would not have been fully reimbursed for the cost of the very expensive roof of our large historic home in Concord. Signature Exteriors coordinated the replacement of the shingle and flat roof of the main house as well as the detached shingles on the garage roof. It took over 6 months from when we first contacted Signature to when the roofers actually came because of the back and forth dialogue with the insurance company. However, when they did come, despite several major storms in the Spring, they moved fairly quickly to complete the job. We would recommend that clients with extensive landscaping around their homes consider having roofing work done in the winter when there is less chance that their plants are impacted. We did have some collateral damage to our shrubs and flowers from the debris, and Signature offered to reimburse for the damage but most of the damage was superficial. We especially liked working with Jen and Michael, the gutter subcontractor. She was very professional and he was very efficient."

"Fidelity Roofing does what a lot of businesses don t do, and that is take pride in their work and makes sure the customer is satisfied. Fidelity Roofing replaced our roof due to roof leak and overall need to be replaced. Jonathan came out and did an assessment and also took time cover the leak with tarp until repair/replacement. And it didn t matter if we were going to contract with his company or not. When the job was completed, he came and inspected and did any cleanup or anything that his crew had left incomplete. Mr Jonathan Prescott cares about you and the service he provides. Job well done!"
