"We were very impressed with the salesperson that did a quality presentation about the company and the product. The installers of our new roof were efficient and fast. The employee that came to wrap up loose ends and get final payment and sign-off on the project did not speak English. It was impossible to convey the concerns regarding a broken light and to get answers regarding questions about the roof and one uncompleted task. When I emailed the salesperson, I received another copy of our agreement. No personal response, no note, or explanation. I am assuming the contract was to remind me that I had signed off and so was responsible for what was left. I received no follow up phone call or personal contact. Very disheartening since this company may sell a quality product but a very expensive service. We"

"Great !! And done in a very timely manner. The workers where very polite and did a fantastic job cleaning up ."

"I am happy to report that the repair has held up through some pretty significant wind and rain so far this fall. Slade Roofing has been in tough with us for follow-up to make sure that their work has been exemplary...you don't find that kind of follow-up anymore these days...greatly appreciated. :)"

"Transformers Idaho and his team were amazing! Blake was so genuine, he gives you amazing customer service with great quality roofing. He has small town customer service with big city quality and his team was so fast. The installers were friendly and I was very impressed with how clean they worked; they even picked up some of the dog poop in our backyard. The price was very reasonable and we love that they have a 50 year warranty for our roof, it’s more than most only offered a 30 year warranty."

"Great job, they even fixed mistakes from the first contractor."

"It was amazing. ABC was very professional and pleasant to work with, would definitely refer them."
