The sales person, Lawrence, was very informative about building codes and what was involved in the process, and didn't talk down about any of his competitors like another company I received an estimate from did. The workers, Mike and Matt showed up at the scheduled time, worked hard all day, and did an excellent job leveling and repairing my broken concrete. I couldn't be happier with the job they did or the professionalism they showed in explaining everything in detail and working with me to get the concrete pitched away from the house the way I wanted. I found the price of $2500 for all the work they did, and the results they achieved, to be very reasonable. I would definitely hire them again if the need arises."

"This company is absolutely wonderful beginning with the courtesy when I called to schedule an appointment the first time. Next Jack N who arrived at my home on time and as promised. He provided me estimate for the repair and went over every detail of it with me. When the crew arrived to do the job they were very professional and performed the job as promised. I have a large house that was built in 1902 and was NOT able to find anyone willing to tackle my problem. Acculevel came in and fixed every issue. My house has a tight crawl space but Acculevel was able to replace a beam and the sister joist. In addition provided support and leveled out my floor. This was done without needing to cut a hole in my floor. The results were immediate and my floor looks and feels wonderful. I immediately noticed the stability. "My first estimate said I needed helical piers and near $20,000. I hired a structural engineer & he said no piers needed and spelled out in detail how to repair the problem. Jay from basement cracks & Leaks was the one I chose after a few estimates. They were on time, completed the work early, did not disturb my plants and cleaned up well. They did the repair exactly as the engineer stated it should be done. While I paid the bill one man went to the basement to fill the crack, but it was a real sloppy mess. I paid and signed off, so had no hold on them to fix the mess. That night Jay stopped by in his own truck on his time off, cleaned up the sloppy mess & neatly refilled the crack. Legally he did not have to as I had paid and signed off. This company does what they say, does it well and stands by it's work. Highly recommended"

"Recently I bought a second home in Michigan and after a big rain there was water on the bathroom floor in the basement. My primary home is in Pennsylvania and I had no idea who to call to help me with this issue. I looked to Angie’s List and the company “Water Be Gone” came up as highly recommended to do this type of work. It was a Sunday morning and I called the number expecting to go into voice mail, but the phone rang a couple of times and Joe answered my call. In just couple of days, Joe was at my house to evaluate the problem and offer me some solutions. He did not try to sell me expensive system, but explained to me in detail what needed to be done. He wrote an estimate that was very reasonable. Since the window seal in my basement had a crack in it, Joe said lets fix that first and see if that solves the problem. He said, “I don’t want to cut the paneling off your bathroom wall, if the issue is just the window seal.” He also told me, “if this repair doesn’t fix the problem then call me again and we will come out again and fix it.” Joe told me multiple times, I don’t want to charge you a bunch of money for a repair if we can do it the most inexpensive way. When the next big rain came, unfortunately the water was still coming in. I called Joe and he answered the phone right away and within a few days he came out and pulled the paneling down in the bathroom and fixed two cracks in the basement wall. After the repair, he left the space clean and neat. During this time, Joe always answer his phone, and he also answered all my texts promptly. Joe’s repairman that he sent called before he came to my house and arrived promptly at the schedule time. Joe provides a life-time warranty on all of his repairs, meaning if it starts leaking again then he will repair if for free. I called other companies in the area to get some estimates for this issue and I all I could get was voicemails and they would not come to my house to even give me an estimate for at least 2-3 weeks. Joe and his crew are professional, honest, and very efficient. My repair on my basement wall has been fixed and my basement is once again dry. All of these repairs were done for just a few hundred dollars instead of thousands of dollars. If I should have any other issues with water in my basement, I will call Joe. Anyone that has water in their basement, I highly recommend “Water Be Gone” to do the repair for you. Joe will give you a fair deal and your problem will be fixed. (Karen Hudson)"

"Ken had his crew at the house on time at the date promised and the workers were efficient, professional and appeared to know exactly what to do and how to do it. While there was dust in the work area, the workers really protected our stuff and the upstairs, almost like it was their own. There were no damages and they finished on time. After the job was complete, Ken told me to call him if we had any problems, leaks or any water showed up on the floor. The spring rains came shortly after the job was completed and we were all apprehensive and anxious, causing us to check the basement every few hours. The rains were unusually heavy but we saw no leaks or water on the basement floor. About two weeks after the job was done, I did see a small amount of water on the floor and called Ken. He came over within hours and after a brief inspection determined and showed us that the rains were so heavy that the small amount of water that was on the floor actually came from over the top of the basement wall, where it meets the house, not from the floor. Ken did stop by several days later to check again but there was no water from the basement floor then and we have not seen a drop since. The Basement Waterproofing Company’s work and follow-up was, in our opinion, superb. We would recommend them to anyone with a leaky basement."
