"Pfeifer Roofing is courteous, professional and prompt. They provided a free evaluation of my roof, showed samples of the products they use and pamphlets for their policies and products. The free estimate provided various options for next steps. The installation foreman and crew itself were thorough and communicated with me multiple times during the four-day install, sharing their noticings while working and asking me for my input and preferences. They worked hard to clean up after each day, and the final result is amazing. I certainly recommend their service."

"In communications with RainDrop, we specifically mentioned that we needed to replace an asphalt shingle roof with metal roofing primarily due to the roof slope, and some other factors. A sales representative was sent out to evaluate the existing asphalt roof and confirmed that it needed replacing, but afterward, he spent almost an hour pitching various asphalt shingle products. He was clearly knowledgeable and knew his stuff about asphalt roofing. While the rep was friendly, he didn't seem to have as much in-depth knowledge or experience with installing metal roofing. We were confused about why a rep with more metal roofing knowledge was not sent out as we had no interest in the asphalt shingles. Therefore, we ultimately did not feel comfortable selecting RainDrop to install a new metal roof."

"Absolutely painless. They installed a roof on my large home There roofers weâ re excellent Attention to detail and keeping us informed on their progress daily was great. Quality Price and Communication are critical to me and Spruce Up Northwest far exceeded my expectations. I would use them again or recommend them in a heartbeat. Jeff Marsh"

"They did an awesome replacing my roof. They are very responsive with anything I asked about the price was very reasonable. They were fast clean and professional. They even did some repair on some of my window trim that needed to be done because of dry rot. They made sure everything was done 100% correctly. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a new roof or any repairs in their house. I plan on using them again next spring for some wood trim around my windows again."

"This ended up being a very challenging project because once the roof was off, issues were found with the construction underneath and an infestation of bats. Cobex handled the changes in scope and worked with me on a budget I could afford. The foreman had an eye for detail and experience in more than just roofing so he could make recommendations on how to deal with the various issues we encountered. They cleaned up after themselves every day and tried the best they could to avoid damaging my spa and other outdoor items that I couldn't clear away to protect from falling debris. I ended up with a very high quality 50-yr roof that looks fantastic."

"The work was very professional and efficient. They didn't try to sell me other products that I didn't want or need like some other companies. Communication and response time was great."

"Incredibly easy and so very professional! The roof looks great, all the vents were replaced and some rotten plywood was replaced. All the old roof was removed. It looks fantastic!! We had a very tight timetable and they accommodated us at every turn. Shalena was incredible to work with and went out of her way to make this all incredibly easy!! We cannot recommend them highly enough!"

"From the very beginning, Tomas was friendly and informative when starting my roofing project. He listened and answered all my question and provided information on how the project progresses from beginning to end. I called several roofing companies but Pacific Ridge Roofing contractors were the only ones to take time to explain the project and literally teach me how a roofing system works. The costs were within ranges of other roofing companies but the customer care was exceptional. I feel fortunate to have found them. The project was supervised by Mike Bianco, who was also as friendly and informative. He listened to my concerns, reviewed the proposal line by line, and made adjustments to the proposal at my request to clarify what exactly would be done, what materials would be used, and how the project would proceed. He explained everything clearly with patience and with descriptions I could understand. The roofers were professional and hard-working. They were careful and avoided damaging the garden and trees surrounding the house and garage. They even worked on the weekend to keep the work on track. Everything was timely and completed as scheduled. Mike went out of his way to inspect the attic and assess the location and state of the current venting system and make recommendations for the location of new vents to ensure proper ventilation of the attic. He personally dug around the attic insulation to determine the location (or lack thereof) of ducts venting the bathroom and the kitchen fans. You couldn’t ask for a better person to care for your home as much as you do. I have no hesitation recommending Pacific Ridge Roofing highly to anyone who wants a quality roof installed by professional and friendly contractors. I enjoyed working with them and feel confident they will give any homeowner the attention you deserve on such a crucial aspect of your home improvement project."

"I thought that i needed to replace my roof. I got multiple bids in the $17K-$20K range. Allen told me I had 4-5 years left and only needed $700 in repairs to have a solid roof. Awesome!"

"We had Valley Brothers out to deal with the dilapidated fence at our new house last year. They replaced the bad parts of the fence and built us two beautiful gates that are still working flawlessly a year later, and at a good price. During the entire experience they were pleasant, professional, courteous, and respectful of our time. We will definitely give them a call when we have any future work to do."
