He completed all of our work at quite reasonable price. We have dealt with multiple contractors to do different jobs at home and we can say with experience that people like Ken are rare to find and once found they are to keep forever. "They would not clean and dust the way I requested. I prefer dusting with slightly damp cloth. Then everything is clean. Not pushed around. Same for blinds. Many items missed. A large dent was in my plaster wall because they leaned a metal ladder against a different wall and it fell against a corner and taking chunk out of corner and then fell down and de Ted solid walnut special trim. I specifically asked them to be extremely careful to not hang vacuum against the woodwork and they did."
