He rebuilt the soffit box, replaced the fascia board, installed a new spotlight. Caulked all the joints, primed and painted all the new wood. A thunder storm meant he needed to come back the next day to apply the second coat of paint. He let me know his progress during the repair and cleaned up when he was done. I was very pleased with his work and will be using him for my next projects."
