"The move went fine. But they overcharged me. They gave me a quote of $589 for the move. I put down $99. When I paid the balance, I forgot about the $99 I put down and paid the $589. When I called to get a refund of the $99, it was very hard to get in contact with them. You have to call a customer service number and the representative sends a message to the local office. I had to call customer service twice before I got a call from the local service, 3 days later. When I spoke to the representative, he quoted me $700+ for a 2 hour move, 1 room only. I told him this quote was not correct. He said he would talk to his manager and call me back. Never called back. It is what it is. They have a good set up thou. You can't call them after the move."

The bigger and clearer the picture the better the drawing. I will start an initial sketch right away and take pictures of it and show it to you. Please email them quickly if possible, because the holidays are coming and I get busy. Once the initial sketch is done. I usually take something down on it. It's a lot of work doing the initial sketch. This varies on the cost of the drawing which we will discuss right away.\n Drawings are usually 175 for 9x12's\n 225 for 11x14's\n 275 for 14x17's\n After this process is done I continue with your art piece sending you photos on line all the way through which many people find a lot of fun.
