He gives an estimate of each project and sticks to it. He is a talented craftsman and was able to repair many things including roof repair, weather stripping, painting, CO2 detector install, replacing custom cut moulding, lock repair, replacement of door sweeps, and he replaced the fence post caps that the squirrels had destroyed as well as other things I could never get anyone to help me with. Next, I had an area that was basically a muddy mess because of too much water sitting around.
