American Landscaping Company (ALC) did an outstanding job; they were fair, listened to what I wanted and what would (and would not) work in my yard and responded to all my questions immediately! To ensure that I would have no drainage issues, grass would grow and that I could appreciate and enjoy the beautiful outdoors, ALC installed two catch basins and down spouts that went from my backyard to the street, added sod and an irrigation system (in my front, back and side yards), installed a beautiful dry creek bed, a gorgeous retaining wall and huge stamped and sealed concrete patio, and finally planted trees to give me privacy from my neighbors. "Eric and his team are the epitome of consummate professionals. This was our second time contracting with them with the same superior outcome. We started with the general idea of ‘we want a paver patio and some steps.’ Eric came out, assessed the layout, expanded on our design, provided alternatives and priced the options as requested. We picked a paver pattern and color, discussed how the steps would be installed, and agreed on a timeline. As always, ideas for changes came up during the construction and were easily accommodated; the crew handled the changes without missing a beat. He gives an estimate of each project and sticks to it. He is a talented craftsman and was able to repair many things including roof repair, weather stripping, painting, CO2 detector install, replacing custom cut moulding, lock repair, replacement of door sweeps, and he replaced the fence post caps that the squirrels had destroyed as well as other things I could never get anyone to help me with. We had many companies come out to advise us what we could do with a wet muddy area right off of our screen porch. Each one advised the only thing to do was to make a dry creek. Iraci from GP came out and drew out exactly what we had in mind! She brought samples of pavers, wall material, and granite, and worked with us every step of the way.
