"Did a $59 consult only. Turned out the cost of repairing the old heater was almost as much as a new one, so we got a new one, and handled the install ourselves. Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

"First we called the company we had delt with in the past, that got us no where. So we went to Angie’s List and found Carini. One of us has Lupus and get very sick from extreme heat like we have had recently. It was the same day as the West Fire in Alpine. Omar came out the next morning and gave us two options he could do right away, we made our choice and he did just that, got to work. Omar was very polite and showed concern for our situation. We will definitely use Carini and Omar in the future."

"Delay in having the simple part to repair for 4 days"

"I had a brand new water heater installed 5 months ago. It began leaking on Saturday night just as I had a house full of guests staying for the weekend. Disaster! The good old boy plumber that installed it has refused to return phone calls and text messages. Gone. Didnâ t care. . So I was stuck with calling someone who I didnâ t know and get them to do a replacement on Sunday morning. Over a dozen plumbing companies declined. Fortunately I found this company. They came out Sunday morning. Removed the old 75 gallon unit under manufacture warranty and finished the job by late afternoon. ARS did a great job. Morghon Liddel was a real professional. Very neat install. So happy I selected this company. I learned my lesson about hiring a good old retired? Guy, never again. I am very satisfied with ARSrescue"

"I called Ly's Plumbing due to a leaking pipe inside the wall behind my water heater. Within the hour that I called, he arrived. He was very thorough in assessing the issue, and explained what he would need to do in detail before repairing. Price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend him."

"Forced Air Heater had just stop working. Sean was very thorough, understanding and efficient. When he left, I had a working heater. He kept me informed along the way. The person taking my call was polite and made be feel my problem was important."

"Steven come out and took a look at my issue(s), walked me through how he would address them. Gave me an estimate of cost. I scheduled the work to be done 2 days later. Steven showed up right on time, went right to work. Corrected both my issues with no hassle or fuss. Workmanship was excellent, cleaned up behind, everything was tip top."

"Amazing service with this company. I hired them in an emergency of my water heater and they out beat all these companies that came out and gave me an estimate super kind employees and did it in a timely manner."

"Tarpy was recommended to me by an electrical contractor I trust. Scott spent the time needed to go over all options for repairing or replacing my old system. I decided to go with a full replacement, and to install new mini-split systems throughout the house. Bowen did a great job working through some tough challenges to work the cleanest install possible. We needed to make a few changes to the install plan along the way and, to his credit, the owner, Broc, stepped up and worked out a fair way to get the job done and done right. Jessica was patient and thorough with the followup paperwork. All in all, a great team, I highly recommend Tarpy, they're an honorable team that delivers on what they promise to do."
