She had had past negative experiences with two other local so-called “landscaping” companies, who only wanted to mow and dump weedkiller so they could go on to multiple other jobs the same day, but charged almost as much as Doug. After that, the meticulous and thorough work done by Doug and his four assistants (with NO weedkiller!) was very refreshing. They worked nearly nonstop for 7+ hours, and clearly were an experienced and well-coordinated crew. Did all work quoted, cleaned up all debris completely, and Mom’s place has never looked better! "Randy from R & R Masonry and his crew did an excellent job. I had water leaking into the basement. They dug down outside and found two small holes which they patched and put waterproof concrete along the whole side wall and installed a drainage pipe to keep water away from the basement wall. They put sealer around flashing of the windows. I also had them replace the step at the back door which had patio steps that kept coming loose. They put one concrete step and I had them install a railing too. I also had them repair the concrete wall of the bilco door too. They did an outstanding job and I highly recommend them."
