"Warren was a pro and new his profession. His ideas on the repair were spot on and I will hire him for the next job."

"Very professional company to work with. Was having leaks over the years after multiple handy man repairs, but those usually dont last especially after the hurricane we just had. When it was time to re-roof, I came across Clear View. Communication was excellent. There was not a single time someone didnt answer my call or call me back ASAP to answer any questions I may have had. Their price was right in line with the other estimates I had received, so it really came down to who can provide me with the most trustworthy work. They were on top of the project from start to finish, and completed the job exactly when they projected. Ive already recommended them to my neighbors and family members, Overall, I would work with them in the future. Definitely"

"Contracted Federal Building and Roofing with Richard and his team after Listening to Richard's suggestions during the estimate. Had bad water damage to many Rafter Tails as well as a severe leak in the garage, Had several Contractors out for estimates some wanting to go a much more expensive route to repair the damaged wood on the Rafters as well as suggesting a complete Torch down on the entire roof which was not needed, which came with a less than desirable Warranty along with higher costs. Richard gave me peace of mind with his knowledge and suggestions which in turn provided a much longer Warranty and cheaper more effective route to repairing the damaged Rafter tails, all at a very reasonable price compared to other estimates. Any Contractor should have been able to provide me with these suggestions and alternatives but failed to do so. Richard and his team were Professional, polite, cleaned up thoroughly each and every day and completed the job on time as scheduled."

"Feeling VERY BLESSED! So thankful finding this Company. I had a leak in my Spanish tile roof ( 1930's tile )and numerous other areas that had dry rot and old termite damage. They did an excellent job in all areas, replacing all damaged wood including beams in my patio area. I HIGHLY recommend Chad and Ken. I am on a fixed income. Their estimate was very affordable. Total pros!"

"Overall they were quick to respond, set up estimate, and once booked was able to perform work within a few days (after 72 hour contract signing). Francisco was very up front and honest. The two gentlemen that came to do the repair work were very nice and answered any questions I had. Couldn't asked for nicer people. Their customer service skills were top notch as well as the work they performed. My only reason for 4.5 stars was they were a little bit late but not drastically and I had to call the office to make sure they were still going to show up. Again once they showed up they got right to work and did a wonderful job. I've already given their name and number to a friend of mine for her to get an estimate on her house. If I need more work done or once I need a complete roof replacement, I will be calling them."

""Hey there, just wanted to share my experience with Platinum Roofing & Retro-Fit.They did a solid job on our metal roof. The team was friendly and made sure we knew what was going on every step of the way. Our roof's looking sharp now! Also, when it started raining unexpectedly, they came out and tarped the roof to avoid any extra damage. If you're looking for roof work, they're worth reaching out to. Thanks, boys!"

"I was very happy with the final outcome of my tile roof repair and my experience with the company was enlightening and professional. I needed urgent help with my damaged roof due to a leaking problem and they were able to do it right away. Now it looks brand new again, thank you!"

"I had an excellent experience. I have a tile roof that needed repair. The estimate was clear and reasonable. The crew was on time and stated exactly what they were planning to do. Photos were taken of the roof before and after the repair. They were very professional and skilled. I would recommend them to anyone. Julie"

"If I could give a 10 out of 5 stars I would. Argo from Sandoval roofing came out and gave me a quote which was very reasonable. After getting a few more quotes, we decided to go with Sandoval roofing to completely redo our roof and patio (new sheathing, paper, and tiles). We decided to go with them because they were quick to respond through call and text (even late at night), gave a good price, are licensed and bonded through CSLB, and have roofers with 25+ years experience (their roofer Francisco was awesome) They were able to start within a week of giving the quote, and finished the whole job in 4 days. The two bosses were on site to overview the job which I appreciated as well. Overall I could not be happier with this company. With all the bad contractors there are now a days it’s hard to find someone who does quality work at a good price, but Sandoval roofing did so. Sorry for the ramble, but they finished my roof today and I’m very pleased with it so I thought I’d share my whole experience."

"Gordon came right out to inspect my tile roof. He found the leaks and did the repairs. Very reasonable, on time and finished fast. Great job! Highly recommend!"
