"I made arrangements in the fall for the gutters on my roof to be cleaned. There was an unexpected issue that came up with RRS and he promised in December to clean the gutters. It is now Jan. 5 and this fall clean up project has not been completed yet. No word when it will be done."

What impressed me most was Steve's tireless efforts in working with my insurance company to get my project approved. His persistence and communication skills were instrumental in resolving any issues that arose, making the entire process surprisingly stress-free. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail were outstanding, and the crew's cleanliness and efficiency were impressive. "After a tornado went through our neighborhood we were approached by a big box roofing company saying we should get our roof repaired. When insurance denied the claim the big box roofer disappeared and never replied to follow up questions. A few months later shingles fell off our roof and we requested repair by Good Roof. Aaron came out and said we should reopen our insurance claim. This difference this time is that Good Roof helped us to ensure insurance covered the damage and we were able to have our roof replaced. The end result looks great and we are appreciative of the extra time and effort Good Roof put in to ensure our satisfaction. Highly Recommended"

"Stephen was awesome to work with and his work is outstanding. We are SO happy with our new railings, they make the entire house look brand new. If you need work done in the Grand Haven/Holland area, don't hesitate to go with Northern Lights Construction. I've worked with a lot of contractors and Stephen is top notch. Highly recommend."
