"Ruben approached me on offer up regarding my boat for sale for 20k and he asked me if I wanted to trade for some concrete work so I thought about it because I am paralyzed from a farming accident and the boat is difficult for me to use and he seemed like a nice person so i told him ok I need my driveway redone so he drew a sketch up for me and I said that was fine and had him sign a paper i wrote up that I would not be responsible for any labor and materials.He started forming it out and I noticed that the small connecting sidewalk was not done as shown on sketch.he started telling me that his accountant told him that it was to much to add it and I told him that?s what you proposed to me so I had left for a while and when I got back he had his workers shorten the forms of the slab on three sides approximately 4?x40?L 4?x20?W and 12?x10 for the entrance and added the sidewalk 2?x12? approximately. On top of that a month later got letter from SRM concrete he had not paid $4300"

"Under no circumstances should you hire this company! I paid $7,000 in January 2016 to them to tear out my old cracked driveway, sidewalk, and parking pad, then install new ones. They poured it on a morning when the temp was below freezing, but when I questioned it, I was told there would not be any problems. FOUR weeks later, the driveway cracked down, then horizontal cracks started to appear. I found out from another concrete company it was because they failed to cut a vertical line in the center of the double driveway. When I confronted Terry, he got defensive and refused to take any blame, saying it was not their fault. I should have taken him to Small Claims Court. I still have all the photos of their shoddy work in case you are thinking of hiring this crook!"

Unfortunately, when things went wrong with Tropical Paver Sealing, they didn’t rise to the occasion. I hired Tropical Paver Sealing, for a paver sealing job that included pressure washing my pool deck. During the service, the technician, Bowen, got distracted and ended up stripping the paint from the base of my pool enclosure, leaving it exposed to rust. Amanda, the owner, came out to inspect the damage, took videos, and promised to get back to me that afternoon with a solution. That follow-up never happened, despite me reaching out several times. To add to the frustration, I later found that my pool deck drains were filled with silicon sand used during the sealing process. The drains hadn’t been covered, so the sand just clogged them up. Once again, I reached out to Amanda, but my concerns were ignored. It's easy to get great reviews when everything goes smoothly, but when things go wrong, that’s when a business shows its true colors. Unfortunately, Tropical Paver Sealing didn’t handle the situation well at all, and Amanda was completely unresponsive. Based on this experience, I can’t recommend them. What could’ve been a simple fix turned into silence and neglect."

"Extremely well. Brian went way beyond the scope of what I expected. He is knowledgeable and friendly. I had called another well driller to ask what it would cost to drop a new well and he quoted me a price. I call Blackwelder's (Brian) and asked the same thing... he quoted me a price but then said, "but before we do that we should..." Long story short. He saved my existing well did a bunch of pressure checking and parts replacement. When I got the bill I was amazed I thought it was going to be double that amount! Bottom line he saved my well, saved me money and educated me on several points at the same time. What a great experience."
