"After paying substantially more for Burgmeier's for several years, their wonderful bookkeeping/pickup personnel suddenly decided not to pick up at my home any more. I was not behind in payments either. When I called, they had no explanation. They asked if I wanted them to resume their services and I said I wanted to shop around. I am really glad I found Dutch's. the very first p/u was evidence. For the first time I had my recycle bin neatly placed at the end of my driveway with the lid inside. Burgy's threw the bin and the lid wherever they wanted to just so it landed in my yard. Also, I know it was taken for recycling as opposed to the big B whom I watched several times (when they thought I wasn't watching) empty my bin into the back of their truck with the rest of their regular garbage.
