"What an incredibly beautiful finished product. When we were looking for a new custom built in cabinet unit to update our family room, Brian consulted with us, offering great suggestions and a nice plan. When we actually had the unit installed, all we could say was WOW!! It far exceeded our expectations. The workmanship was spectacular and the finishes and style were above all others we considered. "It is a waste of money. The great majority of people are not going to find any value out of the service. If you need design consultation, you need a full service consultation. If you already have knowledge and experience, and you just need to get a few ideas, then you don't need to pay for that. You can just get a magazine or a book since you already have the knowledge of basic designs in your head or a little bit of experience. To have someone call you and give you information over the phone, you are not getting the personal service that you need. You may as well take the money $49 and apply it to something else like getting someone else to come out and give you the service that you need. Because, you are not getting much, you are not getting anything at all. They are going to have you do the work. After talking to them and I was talking to other home designers, I found out that that was a waste of time and waste of money. I gave them a C because they didn't fail at what they do but they don't offer any value for what they do. There's not much value to it. The cost was fair. They didn't do a terrible job and the cost isn't terrible, it was only $49. It just has a very low value. For responsiveness I gave them a B because they will answer your phone and answer your emails."

"Jim came on the date that we set. He was very pleasant, professional and talented.
Things went very well until we had some delivery issues with cabinet door shipments being delayed
or wrong size doors being shipped etc.
This delayed the process which is frustrating, however Jim more than compensated me for all of these inconveniences.
He installed new doors in the family room by the fireplace, added granite to the countertop there. Paid for new glass installation in double front doors and numerous other things.
He was a great find for me on Angie's List. I loved working with him.
I really appreciated him taking me to another city about an hour away to pick out the Granite because it was a much better deal.
He was extremely patient. Told me to take all day if I needed to.
Jim always made sure that I was happy with everything and tried to save me money wherever He could. He gave me lots of items and didn't charge me for them.
My kitchen is complete and Beautiful. I get a lot of compliments and I very happily give the name of Jim's company out.
I apologize Jim/Angie for this late review but I appreciate all you did for me and would highly recommend you to anyone.
