The book shelves and cabinets they designed and built for the new extension to our house are beautiful and very functional. George’s particular attention to details and construction are evident in the completed project, even more so given the difficult space in which it was installed. "I have 6 old chairs that I love because they swivel and rock. We have them in the breakfast room. Over time the mechanisms stopped working (these are perhaps close to 20 years old). All new chairs seem to be straight legged. I could have ordered new chairs from this store (they do custom new work, too) but my bucket seats were fine. It took about 2 and a half months for the new bases to come in, but they have custom made wooden legs.
A few months later I noticed that three of the castors were broken and one was the wrong size. I only use 4 of the chairs on a regular basis, and three of the damaged ones just happened to be on the chairs I stored. I called the store and emailed photos of the castors. With no questions asked, they ordered the new castors AND came to my home to replace them. This is just excellent customer service, especially as I had had the chairs back for months. Nice.

"I had used John Chamoun previously, and he was the go to person for custom bookcases and a window seat at my new home purchase. While Regency is pricey, it's truly value received. The quality of workmanship is outstanding; as were the installation services -- which required on-site modifications to accommodate some quirks in the home's construction. Regency Custom Cabinet is top-notch, and I'd use them again in a heartbeat."

"I am extremely satisfied with the work provided by Anthony and his crew. I had very prompt service. My roof was inspected and I had a great quote the day I called for service. I was able to have a 25 year roof installed for what other companies were quoting me for a 15 year roof. The job involved removal and replacement of fiberglass shingles, flashing around vent pipes, and clean up. The complete job was done in one day with no one home. If you are looking for quality service and a fair price I strongly recommend Anthony and his team!

"Closet Pioneers is a one stop shop for your closet installation or laundry room renovation. Ayca did a remarkable job designing the laundry room renovation project especially with our space constraints. She listened to the customer and made design changes quickly to keep the flow. Once designed the shelving and cabinets were customized in their facility. Next came the expert installer Romani who did a fabulous job installing and adjusting cabinets and shelving to meet some of our last minute changes. Finally, their plumber installed the quality faucet selected by Ayca. Overall the project was finished on time, within budget with excellent quality and workmanship."

"His work was outstanding in all respects. He was completely trustworthy. His price was right in the middle of all the estimates I got. In my case he stuck to his estimate but he didn't find any unexpected damage while he was working either. He did the job in 4 hours less than quoted maximum time frame.
