I have been involved in the construction industry for 14 years, both in the commercial and residential setting. My most recent work has been doing room acoustics, and have travelled doing high end custom home theaters. I got my start in construction doing complete custom home builds, and was involved in all aspects of building.

I have over a decade of experience with multi-family and single-family maintenance and repair experience, including painting, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. The table is old and had seen many, many years of hard use. They ask lots of specific questions until they understood exactly how I wanted it to look when they were finished. They obviously did the work with great care, adding a some extra stabilization and filling a small hole without detracting from the rustic nature of the piece. "After purchasing an Angie's List Deal, I received the measuring kit in the mail promptly. The template and instructions provided to draw my split table top and each of the leaves were easy to use and understand. I mailed the completed materials and received the table pads very quickly. The table splits in the middle to allow insertion of up to 3 additional leaves. The table also has 2 drop leaves. That's 7 pads. All fit perfectly. I have used them on the table for family parties (not every day) and they're durable and built to last. I keep them in the box they arrived in to protect them when not in use. These are a worthwhile investment."

"I found Hamilton County Upholstery on Angie's' list. It had gotten great reviews and was close to home, so I stopped in. I needed my family room couch pillows slip-covered and new pillows made and covered for sitting on. During that visit, I began looking over the fabric books. Mr. Washington steered me a bit to be sure the materials I picked would be appropriate for the 'family room' atmosphere. I took some books home and decided on a fabric. Mr. Washington then came to my house to look at the couch to be sure the wood part of the couch was sound. He ordered the materials. When the material came in, someone from HCU came and picked up the sofa pillows. The slip covers were made overnight, literally, and Mr. Washington brought them back personally to be sure everything fit and was in order. I was worried about having this job done. I'd never had anything like that done before, but Mr. Washington made the whole process painless, and I just love the result!!!"

"The project went very well. I had been thinking about adding built-ins to the spare room for years and had noticed this company's ads. I happened to be in Westfield one day and just walked into their showroom without an appointment. I was impressed by how quickly I was greeted and how helpful they were in answering questions. Jered came up with some preliminary designs and then, later, Bob came to my house to go over the design and make final adjustments. He was really helpful in scaling the cabinets to my small house and suggesting good choices for the doors, cabinet caps, and hardware. I ordered the cabinets on April 2 and they were installed on June 10. This schedule worked fine for me since I needed to have painting done and carpet removed before that date. The cabinetmakers who installed the cabinets, Enes and Nate, are skilled craftsmen and did a beautiful, meticulous job. The cabinet materials and construction are very high quality and well worth the price. I could have bought free-standing furniture for a similar price, but the built-ins (and the quality) are a real improvement to my house. I also liked using a local company. I can definitely recommend this company."
