After the old gutters were removed, they noted that the boards underneath them had not been painted by the previous owners of the house, so they called and we decided we wanted to paint them before putting up the new gutters. We took several days to paint them and Guaranteed did not rush us or pressure us for money even though they had already removed the old gutters. No money was asked for until the service was complete.
We have a drainage pipe that runs down our yard (we are on a hill) and several of our downspouts are tied into this pipe. They added other downspout that was needed in the back and tied it into the existing pipe with no additional cost even though this was not quoted.
