On a rainy, cold evening last week I arrived home after dark to find that I couldn't get my garage door open.  I didn't want to leave my car on the street overnight and since this is a townhouse community, it's difficult to leave a car in the shared driveway.  After a quick call to a friend who had a similar problem recently, I called GDS hoping to get the problem fixed that evening.  The young lady who took the call explained how they operate and assured me they should be able to get to me within a hour or so.  She also directed me to their website to check out the current coupons.  In about an hour and 15 mins.
