The project included wood shutters for custom raked windows in my living room and master bedroom. I found the service responsive and the quality of materials and installation excellent. <br /> I received a response from Michelle within four hours of my initial email query.  Jeff came out a few days later to take measurements and discuss options for the shutters. Michelle came afterword to discuss options for the sliding glass door and linen shades. Both were professional and fun to work with. Everything was done in a timely manner. The only delay was caused by a backlog at the factory working on the custom shutters. The installation was flawless. <br /> It has been a year since the installation and the window coverings have been a pleasure to have and use. Ron is extremely efficient and replaced everything in about 45 minutes. The cost may seem high, but it's much cheaper than a new door and now it works like new. Absolutely worth the price paid."

"The shutter replacement went very well and everyone was very complementary about the new shutters. The laundry area door replacement ended up nice but I had/still have concerns. The source of the concern is that the original opening the old door hung in was not square. The installer ended up using a lot of filler to make it look right. So right now everything is great. I am a little concerned about the filled area over time."
