"Great service! A representative came to look at the tree and gave me a verbal estimate. I had already received higher estimates from two other companies, so I agreed on the spot. Their crew came on time, removed the tree, ground the stump, didn't damage anything and left the site in neat condition. I paid the estimated amount by check. Overall, a great experience."

"Salesperson came to door, mentioned that he was doing some work down the street and noticed my tree. Gave an estimate and said if you are willing to do it tomorrow when crews are in the neighborhood he could give me a discount. (trying to keep the crews busy). When I checked the license, it showed it was suspended due to workmans comp issues. When they showed me the insurance papers, I called to verify.  It took several phone calls to several persons, but finally found out that the owner had just made a payment that morning and it hadn't been posted yet.  Needless to say, I did not have the tree removed.    Can't impress upon people enought to check licnese and insurance status.

"A&Y Performed a tree removal for me. It was approximately an 80-foot tree very close to my house and backyard deck. I was a bit nervous as I had seen "TREE Fails" on YouTube. Their insurance was current and complete so that helped my nervousness:) The crew arrived on time and had the tree removed by noon. I was very impressed and highly recommend A&Y for tree removal. They left the worksite clean and split the rounds and stacked the wood for me (I wanted it for firewood). I felt the price was fair and the customer service was excellent.
