"We used a coupon from Angie's List to have this company clean our ducts/vents. They were on time (a tad early even), explained things when I asked, informed me about ducts that didn't actually go anywhere (which I knew already and was curious if someone would tell me about them), and were generally very sweet gentlemen who seemed to really care about what they were doing. They told me up front, right away that there would be an extra $60 charge because the I have a larger house than what the coupon was good for (I had indeed anticipated this). They were careful around my things and with the vents. I quite enjoyed having them in my home and doing the work. The one gentleman also gave me good tips on my furnace filter situation because he was a self-proclaimed "filter fanatic." Would definitely recommend them again."

"Classic Air gave me an estimate for a new Lennox Heat Pump and some duct work. They explained what they proposed doing and how it would improve the overall comfort of the house. Although it was the second highest estimate I received, I felt it was the most cost effective because it proposed better equipment, better duct work remedies, better warranty, and very experienced craftsmen doing the work. They arrived on time, removed the old system, found previous copper line repairs (poor soldering) were done incorrectly and had to fix those to ensure a proper seal of the refrigerant, installed the new Heat Pump and Air Handler, and activated the system. This system is by far the best and smoothest performing AC I have ever had. I could not be happier with all of it and highly recommend."

Confirmation was fast for preferred date and time. Technicians are always very professional and thorough. I get all carpets, all tile, and all upholstery done each time. I have had my couch for 6 years and people ask if it is new. With two dogs Dry Step is a must!"
