"We had Clint install a new garage door for us a few years ago.  He did a great job.  About two years later, we had trouble with the garage door rubbing the frame on the way up.  Called Done Right Doors and he came out next day.  The problem was with our garage door opener letting the door go too far forward.  Even though Clint did not install the door opener, he adjusted it, touched up the scraped paint on the door and charged us NOTHING.  Last week, we knew exactly who to call when our garage door opener started to fail.  We purchased the opener, with advice from Clint, and he came to install it.  We did not realize that we needed an extension kit, so he had to make two trips over here.  We bought the extension kit, but when he came back to install the opener, he told us he had found an unopened one in his garage, so we were able to return the one we bought.  He said someone had given it to him, so he gave it to us.  We could not be happier with our new opener or the service we received from Done Right Doors.  We will absolutely go back to Done Right Doors for any garage door needs in the future.  Clint does excellent work and really takes care of his customers.  He certainly gets an A+ in customer service!  <br />"

After getting a feel for what I was looking for over the phone, she mentioned a couple products that I may be interested in and that I could see them online. An appointment was made and she arrived right on time with her vehicle laden with product samples. She was very patient and helpful in my decision. Fortunately she allows enough time so that you never feel rushed. She was willing to work out quotes for three different samples after which we went ahead with the order with a lead time of approximately three weeks. The blinds were in after two weeks and Barry called to make the installation appointment. He arrived right on time, set up shop, and was done within two hours. He consulted with me anytime a change could or should be made and offered suggestions. Upon leaving he made sure that I called if I had any problems or questions.
